Perilous Assignment en CB01 OFFICIAL. "Perilous Assignment" è un episodio di Walt Disney Presents della ABC. La Disney mira a mostrare agli spettatori gli svantaggi di colpi di scena audaci nei suoi film distribuiti nelle sale o in TV. Il tema dell'episodio è la realizzazione del suo prossimo film, Il terzo uomo sulla montagna, un adattamento del romanzo di James Ramsey Ullman Banner in the Sky, basato sulla storia vera della prima ascensione del Cervino. Walt Disney non si limita a una semplice promozione promozionale. Si offre di incontrare persone eccezionali, tra cui la guida alpina francese Gaston Rébuffat. Successivamente presenterà le tecniche di arrampicata e poi svelerà immagini mozzafiato della sua scalata di ripide falesie con un cliente per la scalata del Monte Bianco, filmate per l'occasione. Nel 1958 Walt Disney gli offrì quindi di essere vicedirettore delle scene di alta montagna del film "Il terzo uomo sulla montagna".
