orologio Amato Bros en CB01 OFFICIAL. Canicattini Bagni (SR) è un comune della Sicilia orientale. Come amano ricordare i suoi stessi abitanti “qui ogni tre case c’è uno strumento musicale”. In questo milieu si innesta la storia dell' “Amato Jazz Trio”, formazione composta da: Elio, mente artistica e decano del trio; Alberto, contrabbassista dall’aria melanconica; Sergio, estroso batterista. La loro attività musicale esplode nell'88 con la vittoria del Jazz Contest a Milano, concorso dedicato ai nuovi talenti del jazz italiano. Il trio si afferma in seguito nel panorama italiano ed europeo. Nel 2003 però accade l’irreparabile. L'ascesa della formazione viene bruscamente interrotta dalla morte di uno dei fratelli, il batterista Sergio, per un incidente stradale. L'attività concertistica viene interrotta. Per oltre un anno il trio non suona. La rinascita avverrà sotto il segno della magia.
