In questo modo, lo spazio scenico diventa una sorta di gigantesco e suggestivo labirinto mentale che permette all’attore-regista di sottolineare ulteriormente sia l’intima sofferenza di Lear sia uno dei temi portanti della tragedia: il rapporto tra padri e i figli.
